Himuro Yoshiteru has a remarkable ability to weave together intricate beat-work and sweet sounding melodies to create tracks that are both cerebral and at the same time perfect to transport you to those otherworldly places on the dance-floor. His playful mix of finely chopped rhythms, jazzy basses and syrupy synth lines, all topped off with a dusting of 8-bit treats, is indeed a recipe for success.
